We package our delicate garnishes with extreme care. However, if your order is damaged in transit by the carrier, you are covered. Simply email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we will issue a replacement.

Because it is a natural product, the fruit will continue to change over time. While some companies have a shelf life at one year, the garnishes will become visibly darker at the 6-month mark. The glittery fruits will stay colourful longer.

• Non‑glitter garnishes: best used within 6 months; fruits may darken over time.
• Glittered garnishes: best within 6 months, but usable up to 12 months; colour may deepen slightly without affecting safety or overall appearance.

The garnishes are edible, but for optimal garnishing, we use firm, less ripe fruit. High sugar levels in overripe fruit result in a sticky end product. By selecting firmer fruit, we ensure the slices remain crisp and separate easily. As a result, the natural flavour of the garnish will be slightly more sour than sweet.

To ensure a premium look in your glass, all fruit garnishes are exclusively centre-cut for perfect visual symmetry. They are prepared using a slicer to maintain a consistent 1-2mm thickness. The only exception is our chillies, which are individually sliced by hand.
