Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items purchased from our online store within thirty (30) days. Due to strict health and hygiene standards, all sales of consumable goods are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on edible items. Shipping fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
The Flawless Arrival Guarantee (Damaged or Incorrect Items) Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We carefully package our products, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Return Conditions and Process
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition with all tags and seals intact.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for purchases made via our online store. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original retailer.
- Faulty goods: If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty goods will be assessed and, where applicable, repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.
- How to request a return: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. You must obtain authorisation before returning goods.
- Return postage: Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service for returns; we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us unless otherwise agreed.
Processing and refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods we will notify you of the outcome of the inspection and, if approved, process the refund or exchange within five (5) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law: These policies do not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
