Dehydrated Citrus Garnishes

Our dried citrus garnishes are hand-sliced limes, oranges and grapefruit, slow-dried in small batches on the Gold Coast so they keep their colour and shape in the glass. Choose natural wheels like our dried orange slices and dried lime slices, or a shimmer finish such as 24K Gold Lime, Hot Pink, Jungle Green and Champagne Grapefruit.

Drop one into a margarita, G&T, Aperol spritz or glass of bubbles, or use them to finish cakes and grazing boards. There's no slicing and no waste: kept sealed in a cool, dry place, they hold their colour for up to 6 months.
