Orders are shipped out next business day. We ship from Gold Coast, QLD.
If your tracking hasn't been updated within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll investigate and lodge a claim with the carrier.
Tracking number is sent via Australia Post typically after the parcel has been lodged.
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Sale items are non-refundable.
Take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
Yes — all Mixso garnishes are made from food‑safe, edible ingredients and packaged in a food‑safe packaging.
Fruit garnishes are edible and vegan. Each product page lists full ingredients and allergen warnings — please check before ordering. If you have severe allergies, contact us before purchase.
Yes, both our product colours (and there are a lot to choose from) and packages can be customized. Contact us with your enquires.

We operate Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST (excl. public holidays). Response times may be longer on weekends and holiday periods.
Store the garnishes away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep the packages sealed or transfer to airtight container.
