Shipping Policy

In‑stock items will be dispatched on the next business day after payment is received and cleared. Pre‑order items will be dispatched within seven (7) days from the date of purchase unless a different dispatch timeframe is stated on the product page. Shipping charges shown at checkout apply unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch from our warehouse. Title to the goods transfers to you once we have received full payment for the order.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for each parcel. Tracking information is supplied by Australia Post once the parcel has been processed by the carrier. We will email the tracking number to the address provided on your order; it is your responsibility to ensure the contact details supplied at checkout are accurate.

REFUND POLICY

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. During the Christmas holiday period the return window is extended to twenty‑one (21) days from the date of delivery. Shipping fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.

Return Conditions and Process

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition with all tags and seals intact.
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for purchases made via our online store. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original retailer.
  • Faulty goods: If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty goods will be assessed and, where applicable, repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.
  • How to request a return: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. You must obtain authorisation before returning goods.
  • Return postage: Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service for returns; we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us unless otherwise agreed.

Processing and refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods we will notify you of the outcome of the inspection and, if approved, process the refund or exchange within five (5) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law: These policies do not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
