Summer is over, but there are plenty of sunny days to enjoy ice-cold spritzes.
It’s sweet, tart, and super refreshing—especially when the Gold Coast sun is out. To give it that premium Mixso feel, I love pairing it with a dehydrated yellow lemon to really make those yellow tones pop and add a bit of shimmer in the drink.
The Recipe
What you’ll need:
- 60ml Limoncello (chilled is best)
- 90ml Prosecco
- 30ml Soda water
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- Plenty of ice
- Garnish: Mixso Dehydrated Citrus (Yellow or gold)
How to make it:

The Base: Fill a large wine glass with lots of ice.

The Build: Pour in your Limoncello, followed by the Prosecco.

The Fizz: Top it off with a splash of soda water and give it a very gentle stir.
- The Final Touch: Add your Mixso garnish on top. The way the yellow drink hits the vibrant citrus slice looks like a total masterpiece.
